聚乙烯（PE）價(jià)格最早也是今年開(kāi)始下跌。

對(duì)于LDPE，108級(jí)的聚乙烯價(jià)格已降至15.4萬(wàn)盧布-15.6萬(wàn)盧布/噸（2104美元-2131美元/噸，運(yùn)費(fèi)付至莫斯科，含增值稅）。一些供應(yīng)商的158級(jí)LDPE的價(jià)格也維持在這個(gè)水平。

俄羅斯生產(chǎn)商在10月中旬結(jié)束扭虧為盈后，市場(chǎng)開(kāi)始供過(guò)于求，LDPE在12月開(kāi)始下降。

由于價(jià)格居高不下，現(xiàn)貨市場(chǎng)的需求也有所下降，這種情況持續(xù)存在。

許多大中型裝置已經(jīng)在年度合同中滿足了對(duì)LDPE的需求，并且沒(méi)有在現(xiàn)貨市場(chǎng)上采購(gòu)。

Russia’s LDPE, HDPE spot prices post in December first fall of 2021

Russia’s low density polyethylene (LDPE) spot prices have fallen in December on the back of weak demand and oversupply, according to an MRC Price Report. 

High density polyethylene (HDPE) prices also fell significantly. 

The price decreases for the polyethylene (PE) grades were the first posted in 2021. 

For LDPE, prices of 108 grade PE have dropped to Russian roubles 154,000-156,000/tonne ($2,104-2,131/tonne) CPT (carriage paid to) Moscow, including VAT. Prices for 158 LDPE from some suppliers also stood at that level. 

After Russian producers ended turnarounds in mid-October, the market began to be oversupplied and LDPE began to decrease in December. 

Demand in the spot market also decreased due to high prices, a situation which persists. 

Many large- and medium-sized converters have covered their needs for LDPE within the annual contracts and are not purchasing in the spot market. 

Smaller converters had problems with working capital, and demand for finished products also has weakened.
