據(jù)海上工程師網(wǎng)2022年6月22日報(bào)道，全球頂級油田服務(wù)公司斯倫貝謝公司首席執(zhí)行官Olivier Le Peuch在6月22日的一次會議上表示，全球石油勘探和生產(chǎn)行業(yè)的支出“有望全面加速”，并推動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)量增加。 

他在摩根大通能源會議上表示：“全球石油勘探和生產(chǎn)行業(yè)對可靠能源供應(yīng)和再投資的需求仍然非常迫切，最終將延長增長周期，無論是持續(xù)時(shí)間還是規(guī)模。” 

4個(gè)月前，熱點(diǎn)地區(qū)爆發(fā)軍事沖突，美國和西方對石油工業(yè)實(shí)施制裁，隨后油價(jià)攀升至多年來的最高水平。油價(jià)的上漲正在嚴(yán)重打擊消費(fèi)者，包括美國的汽油平均價(jià)格最近首次超過了每加侖5美元。 

Le Peuch表示，斯倫貝謝公司將海上石油行業(yè)視為增長的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。他指出，與2016年至2019年相比，未來4年海上投資預(yù)計(jì)將增長50%。 

Le Peuch還預(yù)計(jì)，由于業(yè)績和資本紀(jì)律的影響，油田服務(wù)行業(yè)的定價(jià)將有所改善，油田服務(wù)行業(yè)已受到疫情導(dǎo)致價(jià)格下滑的嚴(yán)重沖擊。

Spending in Global E&P Industry Poised to Accelerate Broadly, Schlumberger CEO says

Spending in the global oil exploration and production industry is "poised to accelerate broadly" and drive an increase in production, Olivier Le Peuch, chief executive of top oilfield firm Schlumberger, said at a conference on Wednesday.

"The need for reliable energy supply and reinvestment in our industry remain very compelling, and will ultimately extend the growth cycle, both in terms of duration and magnitude," he said at the JP Morgan Energy Conference.

Oil prices have climbed to their highest level in years following sanctions of oil industry in response to its war four months ago. The uptick in prices is hitting consumers, including in the United States where the average price of gasoline recently topped $5 per gallon for the first time ever.

Schlumberger is looking at the offshore oil sector as a major driver of growth, Le Peuch said. He pointed to an expected 50% increase in offshore investment over the next four years, compared with the period from 2016 to 2019.

Le Peuch also anticipates improved pricing in the oilfield services industry, a segment hard-hit by the pandemic-driven price downturn, as the result of performance and capital discipline.
