據(jù)6月4日offshore energy消息：近日，俄羅斯諾瓦泰克公司和謝韋爾公司簽署了一份諒解備忘錄，就氫能源合作以減少溫室氣體排放進(jìn)行合作。

　　雙方簽署諒解備忘錄的目的是就藍(lán)氫的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存和使用實(shí)施聯(lián)合試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。

　　兩家公司打算共同開發(fā)氫氣運(yùn)輸管道、氫氣儲(chǔ)存系統(tǒng)和氫氣運(yùn)輸罐的制造和供應(yīng)解決方案，捕集和利用二氧化碳以及在冶金生產(chǎn)中使用氫氣。

　　他們還同意合作開發(fā)基于氫及其載體，特別是氨的燃料類型的技術(shù)解決方案。

　　諾瓦泰克管理委員會(huì)主席Leonid Mikhelson表示:“鋼鐵生產(chǎn)商是天然氣最大的工業(yè)消費(fèi)者之一，減少溫室氣體排放是我們互利合作的一個(gè)新的前景領(lǐng)域。使用碳捕獲和儲(chǔ)存技術(shù)以及混合氫燃料將減少我們共同的碳足跡，并提高俄羅斯鋼鐵工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力?！?/p>

　　Russia’s Novatek and Severstal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to cooperate on hydrogen energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

　　The MoU is signed to provide for the implementation of a joint pilot project for the production, transportation, storage, and use of “blue” hydrogen.

　　The companies intend to jointly develop solutions for the manufacturing and supply of hydrogen transport pipelines, hydrogen storage systems, and hydrogen transport tanks, capturing and utilising CO2 as well as using hydrogen in metallurgical production.

　　They also agreed to cooperate in the development of technological solutions for the use of fuel types based on hydrogen and its carriers, specifically ammonia.

　　Leonid Mikhelson, Novatek’s chairman of the management board, said: “Steel producers are one of the largest industrial consumers of natural gas, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a new prospective area for our mutually beneficial cooperation. The use of carbon capture and storage technologies, as well as a hydrogen fuel blend will reduce our joint carbon footprint and increase the competitiveness of products manufactured by the Russian steel industry.”
